Our Program

Comprehensive Care for Adolescent Girls
Residential Treatment - A Supportive Home Environment
We provide 24/7 residential treatment in a safe, structured, home-style setting where adolescent girls (ages 13-17) begin their journey of healing and growth. Our program combines individualized treatment planning, trauma-informed therapy, life-skills development, academic coordination, mentorship, and enrichment activities designed to build resilience and purpose.
Outpatient & Transition Services - Guiding the Next Steps
We offer outpatient and transition services that reinforce progress made in-residence and support the gradual return to home or community settings. These services include:
- Coordinated transportation to school, medical appointments, court, employment, and approved visits.
- Life-skills training, career preparation, and healthy relationship education.
- Family engagement, reunification planning, and referrals to community supports.
- Continuous monitoring and therapeutic follow-up to ensure sustainable outcomes.
Evidence & Accreditation - Quality You Can Trust
As a CARF-accredited and QRTP-certified provider, we adhere to the highest standards for residential treatment. Our staff are trained in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and behavioral management best practices. Every service is backed by data-driven measurement and continuous quality improvement efforts.
